American Humane Contest

For the third year in a row, American Humane is seeking America's "Humane Images."

American Humane is looking for photos that convey compassion, human-animal interaction, and family bonding. The grand prizewinner of the third annual Humane Images Contest will receive $300 plus national publication of his or her winning photo.

"The Humane Images Contest is an opportunity for American Humane to reconnect with the children and animals we work to protect every day," says Bob Roth, American Humane's vice president of public programs and marketing.

"The photos are always wonderful testaments that the humane values American Humane upholds are shared by so many others."

Categories for photos include pets, wildlife, family, children and animals, and children.

A panel of well-known judges will choose one overall grand prizewinner and a winner in each category. To see a complete list of rules and view last year's winners, visit americanhumane.org

To enter, send photos to American Humane, Humane Images Contest, 63 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112-5117.

The deadline for entries is June 2, 2003. The entry fee per photo is $5. Photos will not be returned.
